Shortcodes are placeholders that are replaced with real values when the email is sent. Write them exactly as shown (double curly braces).

| `{{company_name}}`   | Company name from the registration form |

| `{{shop_url}}`       | Your store's URL                        |

## Shortcodes for Approved and Auto-Approved emails

| Shortcode        | Value                                    |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| `{{group_name}}` | The customer group they were assigned to |

## Shortcodes for the Rejection email

| Shortcode         | Value                                                                 |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `{{review_note}}` | The note you left when rejecting (optional)                           |
| `{{edit_link}}`   | A secure link for the customer to edit and resubmit their application |

> Always include `{{edit_link}}` in your rejection email so customers can correct and resubmit.

## Shortcodes for the New Submission email (sent to you)

| `{{admin_link}}`   | Direct link to the submission in your app dashboard |
