Schedule rules with start/end dates

You can set a wholesale pricing rule to automatically activate and deactivate on specific dates — useful for seasonal promotions or time-limited campaigns.

How to schedule a rule

1. Open or create a wholesale pricing rule
2. Scroll to Active dates
3. Set a Start date (when the rule becomes active)
4. Optionally set an End date (when the rule automatically deactivates)
5. Save

Behavior

Scenario	Result
Start date only	Rule activates on start date and stays active indefinitely
End date only	Rule is active now and deactivates on end date
Both dates set	Rule is active only within the date window
No dates set	Rule is always active (as long as status is Active)

Tips

• The rule must also have Status → Active for the schedule to take effect. An inactive rule is never applied regardless of dates.
• To run a flash sale, create a dedicated rule with a tight date window instead of editing your standing wholesale rules.
